Pantai Jogan tidak memiliki pasir luas sebagaimana pantai pada umumnya. Meskipun pantai Jogan hanya memiliki sedikit pasir, namun pantai ini memiliki sebuah keindahan lain.

Pantai yang terapit oleh dua bukit ini memiliki sebuah air terjun kecil. Air terjun tersebut akan menjadi lebih indah ketika memasuki musim penghujan, karena air yang berjatuhan akan semakin banyak.

Air terjun tersebut berumber dari sebuah mata air yang berada beberapa ratus meter dari pantai. Mata air ini berada di tepi jalan yang kita lewati ketika menuju pantai Jogan.

Lokasi

Akses jalan dari pusat ibukota kabupaten Gunungkidul, Wonosari, sudah hampir 100?rupa jalan aspal. Hanya jalan menuju pantai Jogan masih berupa cor block sepanjang kurang lebih 1 km. Jalan masuk ini hanya dapat dilalui oleh mobil tanpa bisa berpapasan namun dapat menepi untuk memberikan kendaraan lain untuk melintas. Yang perlu diperhatikan, pada musim kemarau ada beberapa truk tangki yang mondar-mandir mengambil air dari sumber air yang ada di dekat pantai.

Parkir motor dan mobil telah tersedia di pantai Jogan. Selain itu juga ada warung kecil penjual makanan dan minuman ringan.
